The Titan Dual Comm has two cable connector ports, allowing connection to two different radios, or one radio and one Sprint/Nextel phone. Each earshell is mono, and can not be heard in the other ear. The Dual PTT controls each device, so you can freely switch between connected devices without disconnecting cables.
